How do you interpret arterial blood gas results

Here are the normal blood arterial blood gas values:
-PaO2 > 10kPa
-PaCO2 should be comprised within 4.9-6.1kPa
-pH: 7.35-7.45
-HCO3- should be between 22-26mEq/L of blood
(different values in different textbooks)
