Exocrine glands are glands that excrete contents via a duct. Notable examples would include sweat glands, salivary glands etc - Interestingly, the liver would also be included in this definition, as it excretes via ducts.

Liver and then pancreas, yes.

Skin by itself is not an exocrine gland: sweat and sebaceus glands are rather small. Stomach, small and large intestine probably contain most exocrine glands...
